The vast majority of clients complete a service level agreement in order for Micro-Alert to service their system on-site on a continuous basis. This provides a cost effective solution to their fuel-management needs as the risk for unexpected costs are kept to a minimum. The service level agreement ensures a quick response to maintenance issues as well as periodic site checks for continued maintenance.

The maintenance service level agreement includes both the maintenance of the hardware and the continual updating of the customised software that operates the system. This allows Micro-Alert to often pass on new features to existing clients and improve the overall functioning of the system.
